What is a 125% remortgage?
Unlike standard mortgage deals where you need to provide a deposit of around 15%, this type of arrangement allows you to borrow 25% more than the value of your property. The increased risk to the lender means that rates tend to be higher than other remortgage types, but you can find the best value offers with First Mortgage.
