We’re confident our collaboration will be a great success, as the combination of our expertise in the mortgage market and their in-depth local knowledge will create a ‘one stop shop’ for homebuyers in the North East. Across our nine Scottish branches, we have always prided ourselves on honest advice; something we will now be bringing to the people of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
Newcastle proved to be an obvious choice for our first English office, with a booming property market, a wealth of first time buyers and a growing reputation as the financial services hub of the North. With the city centre expecting to undergo a £200M regeneration project, creating 2,200 new jobs in the area, we’re confident we have entered the market at exactly the right time.
The company’s progression over the last 25 years has been built upon the simple premise that we offer straightforward, honest and impartial mortgage advice. As a result, we have been able to expand across Scotland and now into England, with the opening of FirstMortgage Newcastle.
